European vehicle alignment in Knoxville and Alcoa
Is your steering wheel off-center, or are your tires wearing unevenly? Kadunza can inspect the concern and advise whether wheel alignment or a related repair is the right next step.
Wheel alignment is available at both our Knoxville and Alcoa shops. Each location uses an in-ground Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment system for European vehicle alignment. Custom-spec alignment is also available after consultation with our technicians.
Knoxville: (865) 246-6569 · Alcoa: (865) 263-5600

What wheel alignment does — and what it cannot fix
Wheel alignment adjusts the wheel angles relative to the vehicle and road, using the specifications appropriate to the vehicle. Correct alignment helps the tires contact the road as intended and supports predictable steering and even tire wear.
Alignment is different from wheel balancing. Balancing addresses uneven weight distribution in a tire-and-wheel assembly. A vibration, pull or wear pattern can have more than one cause, so an alignment should follow an assessment of the symptoms and vehicle condition.
When should you have alignment checked?
- The vehicle pulls to one side on a level road.
- The steering wheel sits off-center when driving straight.
- Tires show uneven or accelerated wear.
- Handling changes after a pothole, curb impact or steering and suspension work.
- You are replacing tires and want to understand an existing wear pattern.
These signs do not prove that alignment is the only issue. Tire pressure, tire condition, worn components and other faults can cause similar symptoms. Tell us when the concern began and whether it changes with speed, braking or road conditions.
Start with the tires, steering and suspension
Worn or damaged parts can prevent alignment from holding correctly. An inspection may identify a repair that needs attention before adjustment. We explain the findings and recommended work rather than assume every pull or vibration needs the same service.

Alignment for European vehicles
Our service focus includes BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI, Porsche, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, Alfa Romeo and Maserati. Contact either team with your model, year and any suspension or wheel modifications so we can confirm the appropriate service before booking.
Hunter HawkEye Elite and custom-spec alignment
Both Kadunza locations use in-ground Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment systems. Equipment is part of the process; vehicle condition and the appropriate alignment targets still matter.
If you need custom specifications, discuss your vehicle setup, modifications and intended use with the technician before the appointment. Alignment targets can be tailored after consultation, subject to the vehicle’s adjustment range and condition. We do not assume one custom setup suits every vehicle.

Common alignment questions
Will an alignment fix a vibration?
Not necessarily. Tire balance, tire condition and mechanical issues can contribute to vibration. An inspection helps identify the cause before a service is recommended.
Will alignment repair tires that are already worn unevenly?
No. Adjustment does not restore worn tread. The existing tires also need to be assessed for condition and suitability.
Do I need an alignment after hitting a pothole?
A noticeable change in steering, handling or tire condition is a reason to arrange an inspection. The findings determine whether adjustment or other work is needed.
How much does it cost and how long will it take?
Contact your chosen shop with your vehicle details and symptoms. Required inspection, adjustment and any related repairs affect the work involved; confirm the estimate and scheduling with the shop.

Discuss related repairs before work begins
If inspection identifies worn or damaged steering or suspension components, we will explain the recommended repair path. Any repair coverage depends on the work performed and the applicable terms; do not assume a parts warranty covers alignment adjustments or tire wear. Read our warranty terms or ask the team about your specific estimate.
