Our warranty covers qualifying parts and workmanship for up to 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, with coverage available throughout the United States. Whether you drive a BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo, or other European vehicle, your qualifying Kadunza repair is backed wherever the road takes you.
Each covered repair is subject to the complete Kadunza Limited Warranty terms, exclusions, claim procedures, and a maximum aggregate warranty benefit equal to the amount originally paid for the specific covered repair.

At Kadunza European Auto Service, we stand behind the quality of the parts we install. That’s why qualifying repairs performed at our Knoxville and Alcoa, TN European auto repair shops are backed by our Lifetime Parts Guarantee for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.
After your applicable Parts & Labor Warranty expires, qualifying replacement parts continue to receive parts-only coverage. If an eligible covered part experiences a covered failure, the replacement part remains protected under the Kadunza Lifetime Parts Guarantee.
Our Lifetime Parts Guarantee may apply to many common BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover, Jaguar, and Volvo repair components, including qualifying mechanical and electrical parts as well as belts, gaskets, seals, O-rings, and other covered sealing components supplied and installed by Kadunza.
After the Parts & Labor Warranty period ends, the customer is responsible for labor, diagnosis, programming, fluids, and other installation-related costs. Coverage remains in effect only while the original purchasing customer owns the vehicle and is non-transferable.
Normal maintenance and wear items such as brake pads and rotors, tires, batteries, wiper blades, filters, spark plugs, fluids, clutch friction components, alignments, and similar consumable items are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Coverage does not apply when a failure is caused or materially contributed to by neglect, overheating, contamination, improper maintenance, an unrelated vehicle failure, modification, outside damage, or improper repair.
